Hello. Im back, by @LightShinez recommendations I am watching Tatami Galaxy, thank you for them. But can anyone give an anime that is either episodic or features the voice acting Kenjirou Tsuda please. Thank you.
| @amdsama12 I can do that!!! :D Here are some shows I like where Kenjirou Tsuda plays a major/memorable role: ID:Invaded (main protagonist) Nakanohito Genome [Jikkyouchuu] (main antagonist) Tiger & Bunny (major supporting character) For more episodic stuff: Yoru wa Neko to Issho (pure episodic shorts) Cowboy Bebop (predominantly episodic with building plot) Restaurant to Another World (episodic with building relationships) Note that all three of the Tsuda shows I mentioned are semi-episodic, too. I was also tempted to give you a magical girl series to get that "monster-of-the-week" flavour, but most of them run pretty long. I hope you enjoy what I did pick out!!! EDIT: oh, and since you wanted relaxing shows earlier: NGJ, Yoru wa Neko, and Restaurant are all quite gentle and soothing. |

| @GRASSCIA I can also give you a few; not for the competition, but just because I can. :3 Prep yourself for chaos. -KamiErabi: While it's still on-going (and, thus, we have no idea how it's going to end), I can absolutely assure you that this show is chaotic as all get-out. Ever wanted to watch something my friend has fondly referred to as an "MMD feverdream"? It's weird, it's low-budget, it's from the minds of a few drunk weirdos - what more could you ever ask for? -Mekakucity Actors: Oh man. I have a weird relationship with this show; it's an alternate continuity adaptation of a song series (the Kagerou Project) I utterly adore, and it adapts the songs...interestingly. The show is a mess in many ways, probably best exemplified by one of its darkest episodes being done entirely in utterly horrific CGI (though this was fixed upon re-release), but the character interactions are fun, and the stylization is cool in its Shaft-ness. -Urahara: Less "bad", more "amateur". Urahara's a throwback to the 90s/2000s style of magical girl shows, with its own unique art style, a strong message, and lot of heart; unfortunately, it's also rather fumbling and awkward. Does it pull off everything it tries to do? No, not at all. Does it try? Yes, and that's honestly commendable in and of itself. On some level, this show actually did resonate with me; if you're at all interested in a magical girl passion project about the concept of creativity, than it may very well appeal to you. -Ex-Arm and Chargeman Ken!: These are some pure "so bad it's good" nonsense shows. They're awful, don't get me wrong, but they're awful in that special way that just makes you smile and laugh. Best to watch these with a friend or two. :3 |
