| Since 6 badges is kinda too much for members to have, I figured I'd work with less chibis so that people won't complain having to pick only 2 from 40. I found chibis to worked with already though :D Here's the first one I have: There's 20 chibis I can work with but I'll leave out 2 so that way, we both can have 18 :D |

| Well, if you don't mind, I'll use them :3 Of course, I wouldn't want to use them if you're planning to use them later on, unless you've done it already. I could use the badges for events I suppose. VIP Badges maybe? LOL. Maybe we can do a collect em all event. It's what I originally planned for the badges back then. |

| I has no chibi collections LOL. I only save those I plan to use :3 I did find some sets of chibi to use though. Non-Touhou related of course. You missed out Youmu: http://www.zerochan.net/91192 Club achievements.....that'd mean we'd have to come up with alot, ranging from easy to hard. Sounds like something I'd help with :3 |

| LOL, ze, maybe I should use it too :3 We can make a thread where they "turn in their achievements". Of course, if they lie, they're banned from it. No first warning at all. Doing it once gets you banned, no excuses. Let's hope no one does it. LOL, super award. I GOT IT. We can tie the VIP badges into this. If they collect a certain amount of badges, they can get a VIP badge. Should we allow them to pick any badges for each acheivement they get? Or it's a set reward, like collecting cards from 5 different editions gets you a Cirno badge or participating in the games gets you a Yuyuko badge. |

| haha x'D the influences lol or they can turn them in on the achievements thread where they're listed (the badges) ? ofc they'd proably need proof most of the time no? so cheating gets hard. the VIP stuff is a good idea :3 I think it should be a set reward, like doing this will get you the ** badge etc :) then ofc we should have a 'list' where there's a leading score ;) lol. |

| We'll start with the easy achievements first. Just like game achievements, they'll get harder and harder (｡･｀ω´･｡) We can start with 5-10 achievements and go from there. I fixed Youmu and Ran. Thanks for noticing that :D All the photoshop work I did today, making me go off balanced, haha. I finished making all the cards from the big edition over at KNC late last night. :D And I did some Madoka cards too. I don't think there's anything wrong with your badges, unless my eyes are deceiving me. When to open it.....how about after we send out a newsletter? We can send out a newsletter saying club badges are ready to be ordered, what editions is coming up, etc. We can even say we'll have an event coming up soon, which is the achievements. We can sort of use the same newsletter we sent out. We'll just change some stuff around. Sections like staff recruitment, games, we can leave. Card editions, we'll just modify it so that the dates reflects the future editions coming up. |

| We can open the badges after we send out NL. We can say something like, we'll open the badges shortly after all the NL has been sent out. The banners looks great! It doesn't have to be fancy. Shoot, I'd smack anyone that thinks it has to look more fancy. Oooh, nighty night then! That's good with me then. | I'd say it's not much but rather, it's a short amount of time to work with if the 100+ added along with the 4 other club editions. Since we want to get the 100+ done before the next milestone mark. Shoot, we might even have to move umbrella up to 200+ if the club grows fast LOL. How about replace the Cellphone theme with Fireworks and use that as the 100+? |

| I will do that then :) hehe I know it's cool to time it right and all, but in clubs like yukiyo we even held 1100 to 1400 (all different themes) in the same edition da ze x'D so I doubt the members mind much :'D |
